Here at cycle-clothing.co.uk we have vast experience in supplying customised cycle wear for your cycle club or charity event. Over the past years we have worked with various cycling clubs and corporate organisations such as the Post Office and Chubb to deliver everything from one off printing to large scale orders of hundreds of jerseys. Whether it's jerseys, t-shirts, and other tops, or tights, shorts, or even full outfits, we've got experience of them all.

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver everything from adding a simple logo, team name, or club colours to one of our existing jerseys, to handling full, unique sublimation printed team clothing to a custom design. And as we're sports enthusiasts ourselves, we don't just have the experience, but also the passion to really deliver the right service - and the right products.

The Printing Process

1. We have an in-house team of designers who can supply any design you can think of - with no logo or colour restrictions. Alternatively, if you have your own artwork we can accept this in either Mac or PC format. Artwork and logo's need to be supplied in vector format such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or EPS. Some high quality JPG's are ok when choosing our full colour laser transfer option
2. Our designers will keep you updated and always send artwork for approval before production. We also provide sample garments should you wish to check sizing and quality etc. before placing an order.
3. Turnaround time can be as quick as 1 week depending on whether you require transfer printing on our existing garments or 3 - 4 weeks for fully customised sublimation printing.
4. Please note: Orders for this service should contain at least 5 items of clothing generated from 1 set of artwork (i.e. 5 x jerseys or 5 x shorts, not a mixture of the two).
   For Sublimation printed clothing a minimum order of 10 garments is required.
5. Estimated costs for our printing services are as follows: Vinyl transfers (one colour) are between £3 and £7 per logo. Full colour laser transfer logos cost between £2 and £4 each depending on size and fully customised jerseys are around £39 each and maybe subject to a one off jersey design fee from £69. All costs are inc VAT. Price breaks are available for quantities over 25.
