Here at cycle-clothing.co.uk we ensure your order is despatched as quickly as possible. We appreciate this even more during the run up to Christmas. To ensure that you get your order in time please check the Royal Mails last postage guidelines. We advise that you place your order as soon as possible or at very the least add 1 or 2 days on to these dates to better ensure you are not let down in what is a very busy time for all postage companies.

Orders sent outside of the UK mainland and to the UK Highlands and Islands do not have a estimated delivery time in view of the busy postage period.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We understand many items bought from our website will be intended as Christmas presents.
As a result we have revised our usual 10 day return(s) policy and as from the 16th November 2011 any orders placed can be retuned to us for exchange/refund up until the January 9th 2012.
Please note that the standard returns policy still applies to items bought for personal use.

Terms and Conditions
By ordering products on this website the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party.
The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement and return any goods in the condition and packaging in which they were received within 10 days of receiving them. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less postage costs, except where goods are faulty.
The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer's required purpose.
To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However the buyer's statutory rights are not affected.
Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased from cycle-clothing.co.uk are valid only for use on the cycle-clothing.co.uk website.
Vouchers can be purchased at anytime. However gift vouchers can only be created and allocated in office hours. Gift vouchers cannot be created on public holidays or weekends.
Vouchers purchased from the website are valid for 12 months from the time the code was generated. Any unused balance is stored until and valid within that 12 month period.
You can check the remaining balance on your voucher via the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the website. After you log in you will see your voucher toward to bottom of the page.
The gift voucher is allocated in the form of a PDF. This can be printed out on your own printer and sent to your intended recipient or you can simply forward the email with the voucher in PDF format attached. We advise that you check with your intended recipient that they have received the gift voucher. We are able to cancel and reallocate vouchers if they have not been used.
Voucher Security
Gift vouchers are as good as cash on our website. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the gift voucher is kept as safe as cash would be. We cannot reallocate vouchers if they are fraudulently used or used without the owners consent.
Refunds when a voucher is used
Items bought with gift vouchers that require a refund will have the amount credited back to their gift voucher account.
Returning Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (including the initial postage cost) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery

Please Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are clean, you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging in the manner in which they were received along with any enclosed documentation.
Items screwed up into a ball and thrown into a bag will not be refunded.
The packaging must be neat (ie. not screwed up or torn.)
Any items sent back that do not conform to these requirement will either not be refunded or a store credit given instead. Packaging that is unavoidably damaged whilst opening can be returned without penalty. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Delivery Schedule (updated 26/01/2011)
Free delivery only applies to orders invoiced and delivered to the UK only. Orders invoiced and/or delivered outside of the UK are classed as international and are subject to the advertised rate. All orders are despatched the same working day if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3pm GMT. The majority of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail service and should arrive within the time specified by your delivery selection. Delivery to UK postal areas regarded as Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO’s etc may have to wait longer than 2 - 3 days for your order to arrive. Courior delivery may also be used for packages over 2kg in weight.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, a return will be accepted provided you contact us within a period of 10 days of receipt of your purchase and return the goods in a re-saleable condition, together with tags, any labels and in original packaging. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less the charge for carriage, except where goods are faulty. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced.
