Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I pay for goods?
A:You can use almost any major credit or debit card to pay for your order using PayPal.

Q: I’m at work all day. Can I have my order shipped there?
A: Yes you can. At our checkout page simply enter the delivery address you require.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?
A: A flat rate charge of £2.99 will apply for all deliveries within the UK and worldwide.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: You will receive your order within 1 – 3 working days (UK customers), 5-7 working days (International customers).

Q: What happens if I order the wrong size garment?
A: Notify us by email stating the size required and post the item back to us. Upon receipt we will send you the correct size (free P&P).

Q: My item has arrived and it is damaged. What should I do?
A: All our items are quality checked before dispatch and are well packaged. However should this happen please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will issue you with a returns authorisation code and ask you to ship the damaged item back to us (we will refund your postage fee). Upon receipt of your damaged goods we will ship out a new replacement by return.

Q: How do I know my order has been received?
A: Our website will email you with a confirmation of your order. We will also email you again to notify you that your order has been dispatched.

Q: I think my item has got lost in the post. What can I do?
A: Please wait seven working days before contacting us. If you have not received your order by then please either email us on: info@cycle-clothing.co.uk or call our switchboard on 0113 2037658.

Q: I don’t like what I have bought. Can I send it back?
A: Yes you can. Simply contact us within a period of 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Return the goods in unworn (apart from trying on) and re-saleable condition, together with tags (still attached), any labels and in all original packaging. We will then refund you the full purchase price excluding any postage cost.

Q: Do I have to pay VAT if I don't live in the UK?
A: If you live in the EU and are VAT registered you can place a order with us without paying VAT. Your billing and delivery address needs to be outside of the UK and you will need to provide us with your VAT number for our UK Customs and Excise records.

  • If you live in the EU but are not VAT registered your order will be subject to 17.5% VAT.
  • If your billing and delivery address is outside of the EU (see the list of EU member countries below) you do qualify for VAT free shopping. Ensure your address details show the correct billing and delivery country and select the 'I do not live in the EU and am eligible to shop tax free' option to have VAT removed from your order.
