The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

• By ordering products on this website the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party.
• The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement and return any goods in the condition and packaging in which they were received within ten days of receiving them. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less postage costs, except where goods are faulty.
• The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer's required purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However the buyer's statutory rights are not affected.
• Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returning Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery

Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are clean, you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging in the manner in which they were received along with any enclosed documentation. Items screwed up into a ball and thrown into a bag will not be refunded.

The packaging must be neat (ie. not screwed up or torn). Any items sent back that do not conform to these requirement will either not be refunded or a store credit given instead. Packaging that is unavoidably damaged whilst opening can be returned without penalty. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Remittance Terms

Postage and Packaging

A flat rate charge of £2.99 will apply for all deliveries within the UK and worldwide.

Delivery Schedule

Our orders are normally despatched within 2 working days. If an item is out of stock it will notify you on the website. If this is the case there may be a delay of up to 28 days.

Tax Charges

If you live in the EU and are VAT registered you can place a order with us without paying VAT. Your billing and delivery address needs to be outside of the UK and you will need to provide us with your VAT number for our UK Customs and Excise records.
